Meeting at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Zurich at 08:40 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1907. After our arrival at 09:45 local time, our Zurich city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. It welcomes millions of visitors every year with its historical center, eye-catching gothic-style churches, and historical buildings. After seeing the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches and St. Peterskirche Church, which is the largest clock tower in Europe, we tour the Bahnhofstrasse, which is considered the shopping center of the city. After our fascinating walk with the power of the water and the impressive view, we go to Luzern, a historical city located in the central part of Switzerland, at the foot of the Alps. In this fascinating city, after seeing the Lion Monument, built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Luzern, we finish our tour and transfer to our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Basel. Upon our arrival, our city tour begins. Basel, the third most populous city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that contains both modern and historical textures and has many treasures within it, even if its surface area is small. During our city tour in this city, the Basel Cathedral, where the tomb of the famous Renaissance writer Dutch Erasmus is located, the city's main square Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Roi are among the places to be seen. In our tour, we will also see the ruins of Riquewihr Castle and feel the medieval atmosphere by walking along the old walls of the village. Then we move to Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is a fascinating part of the Alsace region as a medieval town in France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historical texture. Especially the 13th-century Château de Kaysersberg Castle is one of the most prominent symbols of the town. The Sainte-Croix Church, located in the center of the city, attracts attention with its Gothic architecture. After our tour, we move to Colmar, famous for its historical buildings from the Middle Ages, gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. While wandering through the streets of Colmar, which have been very well preserved to this day, the St. Martin Cathedral built entirely of pink stones, Little Venice, which reminds of the Italian city of Venice with its small canals, Maison Pfister, one of the oldest houses in Colmar, and Maison des Tetes, a Renaissance building decorated with faces, are among the places to be seen. Our next stop on our tour is Eguisheim, a place where we will want to take photos at every opportunity from start to finish. Eguisheim, which received the 'Favorite French Village' title in 2013, is a village where history and nature dance. The colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region form the postcard appearance of Eguisheim. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Mulhouse or its surroundings. In our tour, the Clock Tower, the old city called the largest covered shopping area in Europe, Einstein's House, the History Museum, the Parliament building, and the square are among the places to be seen panoramically. After our tour, departure to Geneva. Geneva, one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Switzerland, is located in the west of the country, on the shores of Lake Geneva, and is quite close to the French border. The city, which has great importance in terms of international diplomacy, hosts the United Nations European Office, the Red Cross, and the headquarters of many international organizations. In our city tour here, Lake Leman, Mont Blanc Bridge, Grand Cathedral, United Nations and Red Cross buildings, Notre Dame, and the old city are among the places to be seen. Then we move to Ouchy. Ouchy, which was a fishing village in the past, has been included in the city of Lausanne since the mid-19th century due to its port duty on Lake Geneva. In this peaceful and beautiful region famous for its lake view, the fascinating Ouchy Castle (Château d'Ouchy) with its exterior appearance and Ouchy Port are among the places to be seen. Our last stop on our tour will be Montreux, another peaceful point on the shores of Lake Geneva. In this town, famous for its relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, mountain views, and walking paths along the lake, Chillon Castle (from the outside), the Statue of Queen music group soloist Freddy Mercury, and Montreux Port are among the places we will see. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**For our guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, they may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**The luggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports from other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not provided for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
