IZMIR – STUTTGART – STRASBOURG – ALSACE

We meet at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures Terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we fly to Stuttgart via SunExpress Airlines scheduled flight. After landing at Stuttgart Airport, we depart for Strasbourg with our private bus waiting for us and take a city tour. We set out to explore the historical city center of Strasbourg, which is very rich historically and culturally, and where Gutenberg, Rouget de Lisle (composer of "La Marseillaise"), Dutch philosopher Erasmus, and German writer Goethe once lived. In our city tour in the "Grande Île" (Big Island) area, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture, is among the places to visit. Afterwards, free time to enjoy the Strasbourg Christmas Market, one of the oldest Christmas markets, established in 1570. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Alsace and free time to rest. ALSACE – (RIQUEWIHR) – (KAYSERSBERG) – (COLMAR) – ALSACE

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Our guests who wish can join our optional Colmar & Alsace Christmas Villages (95 Euro) tour. During our tour, we visit Riquewihr, a lovable fairy-tale town that is lovable with its cute and clean streets, cookie-like houses, and medieval appearance. Then departure for Kaysersberg. Meaning Emperor's Mountain, Kaysersberg is one of the towns in North-East France that has best preserved its medieval vibes. With its medieval walls, half-timbered houses, and medieval churches, Kaysersberg is one of the most beautiful Alsace wine towns. Then departure for Colmar. Upon our arrival in the fairy-tale city of Colmar, Christmas Markets, Old Customs House, Pfister house, and the most famous area of the city with colorful houses around the Rhine river, Petite Venise (Little Venice), are among the places to see. In the unique environment surrounded by the Rhine river and canals, you will find the opportunity to buy many delicious foods according to your taste as well as many souvenirs. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Alsace and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

ALSACE – (SWISS CHRISTMAS MARKETS) – ALSACE

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Our guests who wish can join our optional Swiss Christmas Markets (95 Euro) trip. We start our tour first with our Zürich Christmas Markets trip. Every year as Christmas approaches, Zürich, one of the most magical cities in Switzerland, takes on a completely different atmosphere. The Christmas Market established in the city's historical center, Sechseläutenplatz, offers a great opportunity for those who want to discover the beauty and history of the city. Zürich, which puts the city into a different atmosphere at Christmas time with its bright lights, offers its visitors a fascinating environment with a large Christmas tree, local drinks, and a warm New Year spirit that warms you up despite the cold weather. After our Zürich tour, departure to Basel. Chosen as Europe's best Christmas market by European Best Destinations in 2021, Barfüsserplatz and Münsterplatz squares where the city's Christmas markets are set up are among the places to see. We see the Basel City Hall, located in the very heart of Basel, which draws attention with its bright red structure, which will make you admire it with the carvings on its walls and the statues in its courtyard, and the Basel Cathedral, one of the symbols of Basel. ALSACE – (OBERNAI – H.KÖNIGSBOURG) – ALSACE

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Departure for our optional Obernai & H. Königsbourg (40 Euro) tour. During our tour, we visit the city of Obernai, which resembles a fairy-tale land with its flower-decorated wooden houses and stone streets. Then departure for H. Königsbourg Castle. Located in the middle of the Alsace region, the pearl of the Eastern French region, H. Königsbourg Castle is perched on a hill of approximately 750 meters in the Alsace plain. Welcoming approximately 500,000 visitors a year, the castle reveals the life in medieval castles as well as offering its visitors unique views. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Alsace and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

ALSACE – STUTTGART – IZMIR

After breakfast at the hotel, checking out of the rooms and transfer to Stuttgart airport at the time to be notified by our guide. After baggage and ticketing procedures, we carry out our Izmir flight with SunExpress Airlines. End of our tour and services upon our arrival in Izmir.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, remaining faithful to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not issuing a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests holding passports of another country can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
