         GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• In our tours with special flights (charter), regardless of the cancellation date, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted due to the nature of the flight ticket, and no fee refund will be made. Flight times will be announced before the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour or extra tours depending on the number of participants and whether the museum and historical site is closed, provided that they stick to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and historical sites. It is a tour aimed at giving general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are given subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may look smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at the hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Our guests who are included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flight as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in this domestic flight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
• Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa conditions specified in our programs are stated on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being taken into the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to international roaming before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• The location and content provided of our hotels in our tours with the promotion phrase may differ according to our standard packages. No cancellation or modification can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade operations after their tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to a fee.
