ISTANBUL – FRANKFURT – AMSTERDAM

Meeting with our valued guests in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal 3 hours before the flight time. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Frankfurt. Upon our arrival, we set off for Amsterdam. Upon our arrival, a panoramic Amsterdam city tour. During our tour, Dam Square, Royal Palace, Flower Market, and Red Light District are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

AMSTERDAM

After breakfast, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the Magnificent Holland Tour (95 Euros) [Marken & Volendam & Zaanse Schans] organized by our guide as an extra. You will not be able to get enough of the time you spend in the port area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song "Those who want to see the real beauty of Holland should go to Volendam". Our next stop is the town of Marken. During our visit to the town, you can watch the lives of fishermen in cute and small houses and also have the opportunity to buy cheap souvenirs. Then we get the chance to see Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills. After the tour, our transfer to the hotel takes place. Overnight at our hotel.

AMSTERDAM – BRUSSELS

After breakfast, we depart for Brussels. On the way, our guests who wish can participate in the Brugge City Tour (40 Euros), famous for its picture-like canals, old bridges, structures under UNESCO protection, and chocolate, organized by our guide as an extra. After the tour, we continue our journey to Brussels. Following our arrival, a panoramic Brussels city tour. During our tour, the Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese houses, Grand Place (city square), Stock Exchange Building, Atomium Monument, Heysel Stadium and Manneken Pis (peeing baby statue) are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

BRUSSELS – PARIS

After breakfast, we set off for Paris. Upon our arrival, a panoramic Paris city tour. During our tour, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, the Louvre Museum and pyramid which was the subject of the Da Vinci Code, D'Orsay Museum, Arc de Triomphe, Etoile Square, Napoleon's tomb, Parliament building, Alexander III bridge, Grand Palace and Petite Palace built for the 1990 industrial fair, and Concorde Guillotine Square which was the subject of the 1789 French revolution are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

PARIS

After breakfast, our guests who wish can participate in the Paris Combined Tour (95 Euros) [Seine River Boat trip & Montmartre Artists' Hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica & Notre Dame Cathedral & Fragonard Perfume Museum] organized by our guide as an extra. During our tour, we will go to the most beautiful points to photograph the Eiffel Tower, and during the free time we will give here, you will be able to take unforgettable photos and visit the Eiffel Tower if you wish. Afterwards, you will enjoy seeing Paris and its bridges from the river by taking a tour around the islands with a 1-hour boat trip on the Seine River. Then we go up to Montmartre, the oldest and highest hill of Paris, by funicular, and after our free time where you can breathe the bohemian lifestyle famous for Sacre and the painters next to it, and shop or have your portrait done in Tertre Square, we go to visit the famous Notre Dame Cathedral, which has been the subject of novels, songs and movies. After the cathedral tour, we come to the end of our tour after the photo break we will give at the zero point of Paris and return to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Paris by Night Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide as an extra. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

PARIS – LUXEMBOURG

After breakfast, we depart for Luxembourg. Our guests who wish can participate in the Reims (Champagne) Tour (40 Euros) to be organized as an extra on our route. During this magnificent tour that we will carry out in Reims, the most important and largest city of the Champagne region, which has witnessed the coronation ceremonies of many French kings with its history dating back to the Roman Empire and unique Gothic architecture, Reims Cathedral, The Palace of Tau, Saint Remi Basilica and La Porte de Mars are among the places to be seen. Then we continue our journey to Luxembourg. Following our arrival, we take a panoramic evening Luxembourg city tour. During our tour, Petrus River Valley, the old city center and narrow streets accepted as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage, Constitution Square, city cathedral and Ducal Palace are among the places to be seen. After the tour, return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

LUXEMBOURG

After breakfast, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the Alsace Wonders: Strasbourg & Colmar Tour (100 Euros) that our guide will organize as an extra. We start our tour with Colmar, a fairy-tale city that carries the characteristic features of the Alsace Region. This city, known as Le Petit Venise (Little Venice), is also famous for its colorful houses lined up along the river that resemble a painting. After this trip, we depart for Strasbourg. In Strasbourg, the second most important city of the European Union after Brussels, we will witness the intense German and French culture. In our panoramic city tour, we see Kleber Square, the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, the Rohan Palace, the Alsace Museum and then the Strasbourg Notre Dame Cathedral. The construction of this Catholic Cathedral, which is considered one of the most beautiful works of Gothic architecture, started in 1015 and was completed in 1439. Today, it is the sixth tallest church in the world. After the tour, return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

LUXEMBOURG – FRANKFURT – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures and set off for Frankfurt. After the completion of baggage and check-in procedures, departure to Istanbul on the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.

TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour cost to guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejection and 15% for health reasons. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. It also includes many additional coverages from lost or damaged luggage to personal accident coverage.)
The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour cost.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrance to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
The visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
