ISTANBUL - BUDAPEST

We recommend that you be present at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and passport procedures, departure to Budapest with Turkish Airlines flight TK1033. Following our landing at the airport, meeting with our guide and city tour. Heroes' Square, Octagon Square, Historical Ice Rink, Vajdahunyad Castle, Andrassy Avenue, Parliament and Opera are the main places to be seen panoramically on our tour. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel, check-in and free time. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Hungarian Folklore Night tour with dinner to be organized as an extra by our guide (70 Euros). We experience a fun-filled Hungarian night with traditional food and wine in a Hungarian restaurant where folkloric dances and shows that you will occasionally participate in are performed accompanied by Gypsy music. Overnight at our hotel.

BUDAPEST (ESZTERGOM-STUROVO-SZENTENDRE)

After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Our guests who wish can participate in the Esztergom & Sturovo (Slovakia) & Szentendre Trip to be organized as an extra by our guide (65 Euros). In Esztergom, the first capital of Hungary and the center of the Roman Catholic Church, the Esztergom Basilica, the largest church and archbishopric center of Hungary, will be visited. From the hill where the basilica is located, the Danube River flowing in the west-east direction and the Slovakian lands located just across the river can be seen. After visiting the city of Sturovo located in the Slovakian lands on the opposite bank of the city of Esztergom, we move to Szentendre via Visegrád. Szentendre, also known as the artists' town, reflects a typical Mediterranean town atmosphere thanks to its narrow and winding streets and architecture. Today, Szentendre is the starting point of the summer region called the Danube Bend and is the region where the summer houses of the people of Budapest are located. It is quite pleasant to sit in street cafes or walk in the authentic narrow streets of the city, which has many churches. Szentendre, one of the most visited places in Hungary, has therefore become a shopping paradise. There are dozens of shops selling handmade tablecloths, porcelain and glassware, wines, dolls, folkloric costumes, and wooden souvenirs. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Boat Tour on the Danube River to be organized as an extra by our guide (30 Euros). During the 1-hour boat tour to be held on the Danube River, which is considered the symbol of the city and where the most important historical buildings of Budapest are located on its banks, you can watch the unique views of the illuminated historical buildings of the city, especially the Parliament Building, and take beautiful photos. Overnight at our hotel.

BUDAPEST (VIENNA)

After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra Vienna tour to be organized by our guide (120 Euros). During the panoramic city tour to be held following our arrival in Vienna; the Opera House, Museum of Art History, City Hall, Parliament Building, University, Votive Church, Maria Theresa Square and Hofburg Palace are among the places to be seen. Afterwards, at the end of the free time given, we move to Budapest. After arrival, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

BUDAPEST – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, free time until transfer time. Our guests who wish can participate in the Step by Step Budapest tour to be organized as an extra by our guide (25 Euros). We start our tour with the castle district. Lord's Street, Vienna Gate, Fisherman's Bastion, Vörösmarty Square, Vaci Street are the places we will discover. After the tour, transfer to the airport. After ticket and customs procedures, departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK1038 at 20:05, arrival at 00:15 and end of our tour.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
  • Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
  • Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
  • In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
  • Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
  • Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
  • Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
  • Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies according to the country.
  • Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
  • In most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
  • Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
  • Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
  • It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
  • Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
  • Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
  • In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
  • Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
  • Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
  • Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
  • Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
