GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency official during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide for extra tours will be valid.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• In our programs, the guide will be meeting at the destination; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by PRONTOTOUR 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees, and lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. 
• PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and hour corresponding to the tour, the closure of roads on the route due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot within the possibilities at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they stayed before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels in the program are offered for sale as etc. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be carried out with old-type foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey the general terms and obligations available below to the guests. PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if the issuance date of their passport is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and PRONTOTOUR cannot assume any responsibility.
• In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the visited country due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or suffered similar damage; such passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any hindering situation is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• PRONTOTOUR acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa in cases it deems necessary; PRONTOTOUR has no responsibility regarding the Passenger's inability to obtain a visa. PRONTOTOUR only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. PRONTOTOUR has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When PRONTOTOUR applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for any incorrect spelling in the visa and this situation which may prevent the flight.
• The provision of documents required by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must adjust their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• In case the guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the PRONTOTOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the trip contract, if PRONTOTOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining except for the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and PRONTOTOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund is made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane lands, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. This situation was notified at the time of the contract and the PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to the availability of the hotels. Extra bed application is used in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from PRONTOTOUR or not, our guests must have an international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine due to not having travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered-exited some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/multiple countries, and since this situation is not within the PRONTOTOUR's area of control, it is accepted by the parties that PRONTOTOUR has no responsibility in such a case.
• In order to provide economy and time benefit to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted on the road route accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra trip ends. At the end of the trip, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather conditions. In this case, PRONTOTOUR is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If a sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted or there may be a price change.
• Trips or tours not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. In case the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be cancelled. The rules of the airline company are applicable in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on the information boards / screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must provide their new ticket (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item) by paying for it themselves. Additionally, since they have missed the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the city/country is visited with a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles, can only perform upgrade transactions after the tickets are issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the flight seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and transfer the ticket from the group class to an upgradable economy class. The resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• While briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you used during your travel, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
• PRONTOTOUR may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without spoiling the content of the program, in case of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• PRONTOTOUR reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years of age must obtain a consent letter from their father if they are traveling with their mother, from their mother if they are traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if they are traveling with a third person. PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be thought of independently from the tour program.
