ISTANBUL – ZARAGOZA – MADRID

It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, flight to Zaragoza with Prontotour's special flight. After our arrival in Zaragoza, we depart for Madrid with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Following our journey, we check into our hotel in Madrid. Overnight at our hotel.

MADRID

Following the morning breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart from our hotel to carry out our Madrid city tour. In our city tour; Alcalá Gate, Cibeles Square, Cibeles Fountain and Cibeles Palace, Paseo del Prado, Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Paseo de la Castellana, Las Ventas Bullring, Royal Botanical Garden, and Neptune Fountain are among the places to be seen panomically. After our tour, we give free time in the city center. We transfer to our hotel at the time to be determined by our guide. Overnight at our hotel.

MADRID – TOLEDO – VALENCIA

Following the morning breakfast we will have at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and set off towards Valencia. On our route, guests who wish can participate in the Toledo Tour (75 EUR per Person) optionally organized by our guide. Guests who do not participate in the tour can evaluate their free time individually at the points determined by our guide. Toledo, looking like a real open-air museum, is the former capital of Spain. The city, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List; is one of Spain's most important cultural cities with its buildings carrying the traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance periods, narrow streets, and impressive architecture. Known as the city of El Greco, in Toledo; the panoramic viewpoint, San Martín Bridge, Jewish Quarter, Zocodover Square, and Toledo Cathedral are among the places to be seen. We find the opportunity to see El Greco's works in Toledo Cathedral. Transportation, Toledo Cathedral entrance ticket, and guidance service are included in the tour fee. After our tour, we depart for Valencia. Following our arrival in Valencia, we check into our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

VALENCIA – BARCELONA

Following the morning breakfast we will have at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and carry out our Valencia city tour. In our panoramic city tour; Valencia Cathedral, Plaza de Toros, City Hall, Generalitat Palace, and Serranos Towers are among the places to be seen. After our city tour, we depart for Barcelona. Following our arrival in Barcelona, we carry out our panoramic city tour. In our tour; Port Vell, Christopher Columbus Monument, Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Sagrada Família, Olympic Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi, and Calatrava Tower are among the places to be seen. Guests who wish can participate in the Barcelona Wonders: Gothic & El Born Neighborhoods Tour (45 EUR per Person) optionally organized by our guide. In our walking tour that we will carry out accompanied by our guide; La Rambla, La Boqueria, Temple of Augustus, Jewish Quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Bisbe Bridge, Sant Jaume Square, and Santa Maria del Mar Basilica are among the places to be seen. After our tour in El Born Neighborhood, we give free time in Passeig del Born. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can participate in the Flamenco Show (75 EUR per Person) optionally organized by our guide. We watch the Flamenco performance, one of the most important shows of Spanish culture integrating with music, dance, and passion, accompanied by the traditional Spanish drink sangria. After the show, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

MADRID – ZARAGOZA – ISTANBUL

Following the morning breakfast we will have at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and set off towards Girona Airport. On the way, guests who wish can participate in the Girona & Figueres – Dalí Museum Tour (85 EUR per Person) optionally organized by our guide. Guests who do not participate in the tour can evaluate their free time individually at the points determined by our guide. The first stop of our tour is Girona. In the tour we will carry out in the historical city center; colorful houses along the Onyar River, Girona Cathedral, historical walls, Jewish Quarter, and El Call are among the places to be seen. Following our Girona tour, we depart for Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. We visit the Dalí Theatre-Museum, where the works of Salvador Dalí, one of the most important representatives of surrealist art, are exhibited. Following our museum tour, we transfer to Girona Airport. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul with Prontotour's special flight. After our arrival in Istanbul, our tour ends.

         GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

  • Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after numbers are reached.
  • Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants, and whether museums and sites are closed, provided that the content of our tours remains the same. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
  • Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and archaeological sites. It is a tour aimed at giving general information about the city.
  • In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
  • Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
  • Check-in times at hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
  • Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight with the group, and they may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
  • In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on this domestic flight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Pronto Tour's responsibility.
  • During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be reported correctly. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
  • Pronto Tour acts as an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa acquisitions and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not issuing a visa or issuing a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
  • Visa conditions specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
  • Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being accepted into the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
  • To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
  • Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
  • Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
  • In our tours with the promotion label, the location and content provided by our hotels may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation or change by the guest cannot be made in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
  • Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
  • Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour acts as an intermediary between the Airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
  • Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, etc.
  • Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to a fee.
