Dubai Tour with AJet Airlines 3 Nights Visa Included Dubai City Tour and Abra Crossing Included

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

-The specified hotel is presented as a category and equivalent, and the exact hotel name will be communicated via notification 48 hours prior to departure.

-In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour. 

-Optional tours are conducted with a minimum of 15 participants. In the event of participation under 15 persons, tour prices may be subject to change or the tour may be conducted by metro.

-Points to consider during our Abu Dhabi tour; Men must not wear shorts, women must not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts; a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be kept handy for the Mosque visit. Free time will be given for lunch during our tour and is not included in the tour.

-Points to consider during our Desert Safari tour; Bringing sportswear and comfortable clothes, as well as a cardigan. Refraining from eating heavy meals and drinking excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions. 

In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to tour departure. 

In our Dubai programs, the guide will greet guests in Dubai; the guidance service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours. 

During periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels located at distances greater than the specified kilometers may be used. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 

A visa requirement applies to Turkish Republic citizens. For the visa application, it is required to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of completion of the trip along with the specified documents. Even though the required documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to reject the visa with or without stating a reason, or to issue a visa valid starting from a date after the tour departure date. Visa service fees applied for are non-refundable. There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Prontotour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 

Our guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flights from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 

There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of completion of the trip is sufficient. 

Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse your entry. Prontotour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 

-In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border gates of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passport(s); the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if it is a country requiring a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 

-Since border control officers may request a document indicating joint parental consent during entry/exit procedures when guests under the age of 18 are traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent; we advise our guests under 18 and their parents to show sensitivity regarding this matter. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Prontotour is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, in cases where access or visits are not permitted by local authorities on the day and hour of the tour, where roads are closed due to any event, or where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot within available means in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted. 

Prontotour acts as an intermediary between airlines and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight details may change prior to the flight; all flight times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour acknowledging and accepting the risk of schedule changes. 

Prontotour Dubai acts as Sponsor/Guarantor for UAE visa applications. For this reason, in order for our guests to benefit from our package prices, visa procedures must be processed by Prontotour.
