We meet three hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we fly to Basel via Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we will have a Freiburg city tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. During our Freiburg city tour, the “Bächle“, which are small canals covering the entire old town with a total length of 15.5 km along the sides of the roads, the Freiburger Münster (Cathedral) with its 116-meter high tower that you can see wherever you are, the Markhalle (Covered Market), a paradise with a wide variety of dishes from world cuisine that will surprise you the most in the city, the large square Münsterplatz, the old and new town halls Rathausplatz, Kaiser Joseph Street, where there are many souvenir shops, chain stores, cafes and restaurants, and the city's most pleasant cafes, bars and beer gardens are among the places to be seen. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a panoramic Obernai tour with our guests. During our tour, we visit the town of Obernai, which resembles a fairy tale land with its flower-decorated wooden houses and stone streets. Then, we depart for H.Königsburg Castle. Located in the middle of the Alsace region, the pearl of the Eastern French region, H.Königsburg Castle is situated on a hill approximately 750 meters high in the Alsace plain. Hosting approximately 500,000 guests per year, the castle reveals the life in Medieval Castles to its visitors, in addition to unique views. Then, we depart for Strasbourg. During our tour in the city of Strasbourg, located on the Rhine wine route and carrying French & German common culture and architectural features, the Little France, Cathedral Square, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Kammerz house are among the places we will see. After breakfast at the hotel, we will have a panoramic Riquewihr city tour with our guests. We visit the town of Riquewihr, a lovable fairy tale town with its cute and clean streets, cookie-like houses and medieval appearance. Then, we depart for Kayserberg. Meaning Emperor's Mountain, Kayserberg is one of the towns in North Eastern France that has preserved the medieval vibes in the best way. With its medieval walls, half-timbered houses and medieval churches, Kayserberg is among the most beautiful of the Alsace wine towns. Then, we depart for Colmar. Upon our arrival in the fairy tale town of Colmar, the Christmas Markets, the Old Customs Building, Pfister house and the most famous area of the city, Petite Venise (Little Venice) with its colorful houses around the Rhine river, are among the places to be seen. In the unique environment surrounded by the Rhine river and canals, you will find many delicious foods according to your taste and the opportunity to buy a variety of souvenir items. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a Basel city tour with our guests. The city, built around the Rhine River, is quite impressive with its majestic buildings. Five different paths can be followed to explore the center of Basel. All of these are named after famous people in Basel's history. By following Erasmus, Hans, Holbein, Jacob Burchardt and Paracelcus, you can travel through historical eras in the city. During our city tour, we will see the narrow streets where historical houses are lined up in Great Basel, the red and magnificent town hall with the cathedral square. First, we start our journey to Zurich by entering the Swiss border with views of the Jura Alps. In Zurich, which is the Finance and Banking Capital of Switzerland and is considered the most developed city in the world in terms of quality of life, during our visit, we see the Grossmünster (Great Monastery), Fraumünster Monastery, Opera House, Bahnhofstrasse, decorated by the showcases of famous brands, the Limmat River passing through the city and the bridges connecting the two sides of the city, and St.Peterskirche, the church with Europe's largest clock with a 9-meter diameter. After our Zurich visit, we depart for Lucerne, where the famous poet Alexander Dumas said, “Switzerland is an oyster, Lucerne is the pearl inside it”. The Lion Monument (Löwendenkmal), built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family during the French Revolution, the historical Chapel Bridge with swans swimming in the lake, the octagonal water tower attached to this bridge, and the breathtaking view of the city along the lake are among the places to be seen. After breakfast at the hotel, rooms are vacated and transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After luggage and ticket procedures, we perform our flight to Istanbul via Pegasus Airlines. Upon our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our tour and services end.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after numbers are obtained.
**Our guide, staying true to the content of our tours, may make changes to the city tour and/or extra tour days according to the number of participants, the status of the museum and archaeological site being closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided based on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, will not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers, nor will they be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline company and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate, and does not provide any guarantee of visa issuance. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or its rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they belong to.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Our programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guests in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform the upgrade procedures based on the airline's availability (please check the airline where your membership is) after the tickets are issued. Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overcapacity sales, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works and conditions.
**In some airlines, food-drink and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
