ISTANBUL – MARRAKECH

We meet at Istanbul New Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Marrakech flight begins with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon our arrival at Marrakech airport, we start our panoramic Marrakech tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. The Koutubia minaret and Jmaa el Fna, the largest square in Africa, which brings together all the colors of Africa and is lively with street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants, are among the places we will see. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Marrakech and free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

MARRAKECH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, our day begins with our trip to the Atlas Mountains, which surround Marrakech and house many Berber villages as well as the famous Ourika valley. After taking plenty of photos in the Ourika valley, we start our Marrakech city tour, which has been a favorite destination for many European fashion designers, artists, musicians, and adventurers, especially French, since the early 1900s. In addition to being an important center for African trade, we get information about argan oil and exotic spices in the medina (old city) of Marrakech, which once directed Islamic art and philosophy and still maintains its medieval life traditions. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Food and beverage recommendation of the day: You should try Mechoui (Lamb Tandir) or Tanjia (Clay pot kebab).

Shopping recommendation: Spices unique to Morocco, herbal products, and straw bags can be purchased.

MARRAKECH – MAJORELLE GARDEN – CASABLANCA

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We leave our hotel with our luggage. Our day begins with a trip to the Majorelle Garden, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. Following our trip to the Majorelle Garden, which was founded by French furniture designer and painter Jaques Majorelle and brought to its current form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, we set off for Casablanca. Casablanca owes its fame, which hosted the meetings of the parties and very intense espionage activities during World War II, to the famous Casablanca Hollywood film, which describes the period and is remembered by the phrase "Play it again, Sam". In Casablanca, which is an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and the country today, Mohammed V Square, Rick's Cafe, which was built inspired by the place where the Casablanca movie was filmed, Hassan II Mosque, Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, which are among the busiest streets of the modern city, and the lively Corniche waterfront are among the places we will see panoramically. After our Casablanca city tour, we check into our hotel and have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After checking out of the rooms, transfer to Casablanca airport at the time to be notified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Istanbul begins with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul after a comfortable and pleasant flight and the end of our tour.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
Departure and arrival times are local times.

It is recommended to have appropriate clothing to use during mosque visits.
Things to consider on our Morocco tour; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and it is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits.
The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is valid in the country and 1 € is approximately equivalent to 10 dirhams. Turkish Lira is not valid in the country. We recommend carrying Euro or USD for exchange.
The Kingdom of Morocco local time zone is GMT+1, and there is a (-2 hour) difference with Turkey. In some periods, this difference may increase to 3 hours.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of the museum or archaeological site being closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years (extension is not accepted).
The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not provided for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, sales over capacity, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
