ISTANBUL – STUTTGART – STRASBOURG – ALSACE

We meet at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we fly to Stuttgart via Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. After landing at Stuttgart Airport, we depart for Strasbourg with our private bus waiting for us and have a city tour. We set out to explore the historical city center of Strasbourg, which is historically and culturally very rich; where Gutenberg, the composer of “La Marseillaise” Rouget de Lisle, the Dutch philosopher Erasmus and the German writer Goethe lived for a period. In our city tour, which we will carry out in the “Grande Île” (Big Island) area, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the most beautiful examples of Gothic architecture, is among the places to be seen. Then, free time to enjoy the Strasbourg Christmas Market, one of the oldest Christmas markets established in 1570. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Alsace and free time to rest. ALSACE – (RIQUEWIHR) – (KAYSERSBERG) – (COLMAR) – ALSACE

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish to can participate in our extra Colmar & Alsace Christmas Villages (95 Euro) tour. In our tour, we visit the town of Riquewihr, a lovable fairy-tale town with its cute and clean streets, cookie-like houses and medieval appearance. Then, departure for Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg, which means Emperor's Mountain, is one of the towns in North East France that has best preserved the medieval vibes. With its medieval walls, half-timbered houses and medieval churches, Kaysersberg is among the most beautiful of the Alsace wine towns. Then, departure for Colmar. Upon our arrival in the fairy-tale city of Colmar, the Christmas Markets, the Old Customs House, Pfister House and the most famous area of the city, Petite Venise (Little Venice), with its colorful houses around the Rhine river, are among the places to be seen. In the unique environment surrounded by the Rhine river and canals, you will find the opportunity to taste many delicious foods according to your taste and buy many souvenirs. ALSACE – (SWISS CHRISTMAS MARKETS) – ALSACE

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish to can participate in our extra Swiss Christmas Markets (95 Euro) trip. We start our tour first with our Zurich Christmas Markets visit. Every year as Christmas approaches, Zurich, one of the most magical cities of Switzerland, takes on a completely different atmosphere. The Christmas Market established at Sechselautenplatz, the city's historical center, offers a perfect opportunity for those who wish to explore the city's beauties and history. Zurich, which puts the city into a different atmosphere during Christmas time with its bright lights, offers its visitors a fascinating environment with a large Christmas tree, local drinks and a warm New Year spirit that warms you up despite the cold weather. After our Zurich visit, departure for Basel. The Barfüsserplatz and Münsterplatz squares, where the city's Christmas markets are established and which were selected as Europe's best Christmas market by European Best Destinations in 2021, are among the places to be seen. We see the Basel City Hall, which draws attention with its bright red structure, and the Basel Cathedral, one of the symbols of Basel, which will amaze you with the carvings on its walls and the sculptures in its courtyard. ALSACE – (OBERNAI – H.KÖNIGSBURG) – ALSACE

During our tour, we visit the town of Obernai, which resembles a fairy-tale land with its flower-decorated wooden houses and stone streets. Then, departure for H.Königsburg Castle. H.Königsburg Castle, located in the middle of the Alsace region, the pearl of the East French region, is situated on a hill approximately 750 meters high in the Alsace plain. The castle, which hosts approximately 500,000 guests per year, reveals the life in medieval castles to its visitors, in addition to unique views. ALSACE – STUTTGART – ISTANBUL

After breakfast at the hotel, the rooms are vacated and transfer to Stuttgart airport at the time specified by our guide. After luggage and ticket procedures, we perform our flight to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our tour and services end.

**Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise due to insufficient participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide, adhering to the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: double bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided based on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if the child stays in the same room with 2 adults.
**In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not provide any guarantee of visa issuance. It is not the responsibility of Prontotour if the consulate does not issue a visa or rejects it.
**Visa statuses in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they belong to.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Our programs with multiple hotel options may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guests in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform the upgrade procedures based on the airline's availability (please check the airline where your membership is) after the tickets are issued. Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., resulting from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works and conditions.
**In some airlines, food-drink and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
