Meeting with you, our esteemed guests, at Esenboğa Airport International Departures departure terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, luggage and passport procedures, departure to Stuttgart at 13:45 with AJET Airlines VF 533 scheduled flight. Arrival in Stuttgart at 15:20 local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we depart for Strasbourg. Having historical importance as the place where the national anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, Strasbourg emerges as a city where French architecture is blended with Alsace Culture. We visit the Notre-Dame de Strasbourg Cathedral, which held the title of the tallest building in the world until 1874, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France region decorated with traditional Alsace Houses. The first stop of our tour is Eguisheim, one of the charming towns of Alsace. While wandering among the houses with colorful geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies in its narrow charming streets, you will begin to get lost among past time stories. Member of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" club since 2003, Eguisheim was chosen as the "French's favorite village in 2013". After our Eguisheim tour, we depart for Colmar, our 2nd stop. Colmar, one of the fascinating cities with its colorful houses, flower-decorated streets, and beauty, holds great importance as the starting point of the Alsace wine route. The canals that add beauty to Colmar's beauty are the branches of the Rhine River. And the colorful historical buildings lined up along the river, dating back to the 1200s, are the most prominent, most remarkable feature of the city. During our Colmar tour, while touring its carnival-like streets, we visit St. Martin's Cathedral with giant stork nests on it, Rue Marchand (Merchant Street), and the "Petite Venise" region, which means "Little Venice". The last stop of our tour is Riquewihr, known as the most famous village of Alsace... With the harmony of Alsace-style wooden and concrete mixed two-story houses with each other, different colors and house shapes, 2 million people visit this charming town where 1200 people live every year. The first stop on our tour is Rhine Falls. After our walk accompanied by the fascinating sound of water around Europe's largest waterfall with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, we depart for Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. Located on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, Zurich hosts millions of tourists in every period of the year with both its historical past and culture. The history of the city dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Age, and its name comes from Turus. In the 2nd century AD, the city under Roman occupation was named Turicum. When this name is translated into Swiss German, it is read as "Zuri". According to the latest data, Zurich, the most livable city in Europe, is also called the cultural capital of Switzerland. With our arrival, after seeing the Grossmünster, Fraumünster Churches and St. Peterskirche church, which is Europe's largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, which is considered the shopping center of the city. After our tour, we depart for Lucerne. In this fascinating city, after seeing the Lion Monument built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we finish our tour and transfer to our hotel. Check-out from the rooms after breakfast to be taken at the hotel in the morning. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After your luggage and ticket procedures, departure to Ankara at 16:55 with AJET Airlines VF 534 scheduled flight. Arrival at Esenboğa Airport at 22:05 local time and end of our tour.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**If our guests who are included in the tour without flights do not use the same flights as the group, they may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight of flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check if the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with private flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
