GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are notified by our guide before the tour once numbers are finalized.
• Our hotels may vary as ''or similar'' due to operational reasons, adhering to the committed star and category standards.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and archaeological sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid when accommodation is shared in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, in case they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• On most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• The name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not Prontotour's responsibility.
• Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your phone is open for international use.
• During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can in no way be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to extra charges.
