Our third stop on our tour is Kaysersberg. Kayserberg is a charming part of the Alsace region as a Medieval town of France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historical texture. Especially the Château de Kaysersberg castle dating from the 13th century is one of the most prominent symbols of the town. Sainte-Croix Church located in the center of the city draws attention with its Gothic architecture. Afterwards, we move to Riquewihr, one of the most charming cities of Alsace, where there are numerous half-timbered houses that give the city its charm. This historical village fascinates visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and Medieval texture surrounded by walls. During our tour, we will also see the ruins of Riquewihr Castle and feel the Medieval atmosphere by walking along the old walls of the village. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg. After visiting Baden Baden, which is a unique overseas travel route that inspired many famous writers and composers, we give free time at the outlet center where many famous brands are together. Embraced by the powerful arms of the Rhine river, this place is a heaven where you will find peace while watching the dance of deep blue waters. After our fascinating walk with the power of water and impressive scenery, our 2nd stop is Zurich, the largest city of Switzerland, which welcomes millions of visitors every year with its historical center, eye-catching Gothic style churches, and historical buildings. After seeing Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches and St. Peterskirche Church, which is Europe's largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, which is considered the shopping center of the city. After our tour, we go to Lucerne, a historical city located in the central part of Switzerland, at the foot of the Alps. **Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of the museum and ruins. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight hours.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ruins entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in the hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and shows variations according to the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, in case they do not use the same flights with the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general of flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg.’dir. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in these domestic flights can drop to 15 Kg’ye. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not under Prontotour’s responsibility.
**Visa situations in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests with another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling for less than 6 months may face the situation of not being taken into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may prolong in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
