• Travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour price.
• On Pegasus flights, each person has the right to 1 piece of baggage and 20 kilos. A price difference must be paid for baggage exceeding 20 kilos. Even when traveling as a couple or with children, the 20-kilo limit cannot be exceeded and a fee must be paid. For this reason, 1 piece of baggage is recommended for each person. Hand luggage must be a maximum of 7 kilos.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may arise will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts.  Breakfasts to be had at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall.  A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and a croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to join the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg.’ This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight for these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg’. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee obtaining any visa. The consulate not granting a visa or issuing a rejection is not Prontotour’s responsibility.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is). Check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradeable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may vary up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
