We meet at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight (1 calendar day before the departure flight date).

ISTANBUL – CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH

After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Casablanca begins with the Air Arabia Airlines scheduled flight. Upon our arrival at Casablanca airport, transfer to Marrakech with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Upon our arrival in Marrakech, we depart for our extra tour, the Fascinating Marrakech Medina and Menara Gardens (65 Euro), for our guests who wish to join. Menara gardens, Koutoubia Mosque, Jamaa El Fna, the largest square in Africa famous for its snake charmers, the old Jewish quarter Mellah, and the Marrakech Medina, famous for its narrow streets divided into various crafts, are among the places we will see. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Route: Casablanca-Marrakech 250 Km (3 Hours 30 Minutes)

Food and drink recommendation of the day: You can try Mechoui (Lamb Tandir) or Tanja (Pot kebab).

MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, free time for the whole day. We depart for our extra tour, Essaouira & Argan Gardens & Atlantic Ocean (80 Euro), which is on the UNESCO "World Heritage" list, for our guests who wish to join. Essaouira, a Portuguese port city where art and old culture are intertwined, established on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, is also known as Mogador in Portuguese. It has been the scene of many productions such as Orson Welles' Othello and the recently popular series Game of Thrones. After visiting the Jewish quarter Mellah, the Portuguese fortress, the fishing port famous for its blue boats, and the extremely spacious old city center with its streets intersecting at right angles in Essaouira, an extraordinary city where art and culture are intertwined, transfer to our hotel in Marrakech and free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, free time for the whole day. We depart for our extra tour, Atlas Mountains Ourika Valley & Yves Saint Laurent's Secret Treasure Majorelle Gardens (70 Euro), for our guests who wish to join. First, our fascinating Ourika Valley tour, located at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, begins. As we progress through Berber villages, we observe traditional life closely and rest in a hospitable home accompanied by mint tea. After discovering the subtleties of local craftsmanship in the workshops where hand-woven carpets and rugs are produced, we carry out our Majorelle garden tour, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. After our visit to the Majorelle garden, founded by French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and brought to its current form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, transfer to our Marrakech hotel and free time to rest. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

MARRAKECH – RABAT – CASABLANCA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our extra tour, Capital Rabat (50 Euro), for our guests who wish to join. In our tour, Hassan Tower, Mohammed V Mausoleum, and the Royal Palace are among the places we will see. Then, we depart for Casablanca at the time determined by our guide. After our arrival in Casablanca, our city tour begins. Hassan II Mosque, the 3rd largest mosque in the world, Medina, Mohammed V square, United Nations square, Hobus district, Ain Diab region located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, and Corniche are among the places we will see. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After vacating the rooms, we depart for Casablanca Airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Istanbul begins. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport after a comfortable and pleasant flight and the end of our tour.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years (extension is not accepted).
The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa conditions in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports from other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are presented based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
