ISTANBUL

We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight (1 calendar day before the departure flight date).

ISTANBUL – TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUEN – FES

After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Tangier begins with the Air Arabia Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Tangier airport, transfer to Chefchaouen with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. We continue our journey to the Blue City of Chefchaouen, whose fame has long since crossed the borders of Morocco. After our walk through its labyrinthine deep blue streets, we will have free time for those who wish to shop. After our tour, we set off for Fes. Then, the rest of the day is free. Afterwards, we depart for the Old Capital Fes & Medina Tour (35 Euro), which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. In Fes, after our walk through the monumental gate of the royal palace, Bab-el Makhzen, and the surrounding Jewish quarter, Mellah, our Medina tour will include the Attarine Madrasa, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the bazaar where jewelry and copper goods special to Morocco are sold, workshops where the world's best ceramic craftsmanship is performed, and the tannery established near the Fes River, where traditional leather processing continues today. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Fes and free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

FES – MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Marrakech. During our panoramic city tour upon arrival, the Koutubia minaret and Jmaa el Fna, the largest square in Africa, which brings together all the colors of Africa and is lively with street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants, are among the places we will see. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. Afterwards, we depart for our Marrakech Medina & Bahia Palace (35 Euro) tour, which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. Today, we learn about argan oil and exotic spices, and visit the Bahia Palace, decorated with zellij tiles unique to the country. After our tour, transfer to our Marrakech hotel and free time to rest.

MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, the whole day is free. We depart for our In the Footsteps of Argan Trees Essaouira & Atlantic Ocean Tour (75 Euro), which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. In this region where Morocco's Argan trees are most dense, we first visit the Argan Oil Cooperative and get information about Argan Oil. Then we reach the city of Essaouira located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a world-famous old Portuguese city that reminds us of the old Bodrum. The city, which was declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO, is a fishing port on the Atlantic coast, a seaside town where art and culture are intertwined, and has been the setting for many productions such as Orson Welles' Othello and the recently popular series Game of Thrones. The city's fortress, fishing port, and the Medina, built by adapting from old Roman cities, are among the places to see. You can explore the city among the narrow labyrinthine streets that you will not get enough of wandering and do pleasant shopping. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Marrakech and free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

MARRAKECH – MAJORELLE GARDEN – MARRAKECH

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, we depart for the Atlas Mountains Berber House & Yves Saint Laurent's Mysterious Treasure Majorelle Gardens Tour (55 Euro), which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. We carry out our Majorelle Garden tour, which is one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. Following our visit to the Majorelle Garden, which was founded by the French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and brought to its current form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, we head to our Marrakech hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Food and drink recommendation of the day: You must try the freshly squeezed fruit juices in Jmaa el Fna square.

MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Casablanca panoramic city tour. Casablanca, which hosted negotiations and very intense espionage activities during the world war, owes its fame to the famous Casablanca Hollywood film, which describes the period and is remembered by the phrase "Play it again, Sam". In Casablanca, which is an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and the country today, Mohammed V Square, Rick's Cafe, which was built inspired by the venue where the Casablanca film was shot, Hassan II Mosque, Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, which are among the busiest streets of the modern city, and the lively Corniche promenade are among the places we will see panoramically. Afterwards, we depart for the Capital Rabat Tour (35 Euro), which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. Surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests, Rabat is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg river. Since the king in exile announced his return from this city, we visit the Kasbah Oudaya, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V in Rabat, which has been the capital of the country since then. After our trip, we head to our Casablanca hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

CASABLANCA – ISTANBUL

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out of the rooms, we carry out our transfer to Casablanca airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, flight to Istanbul with the Air Arabia Airlines scheduled flight. With our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
Departure and arrival times are local times.
Flights marked with * arrive at the destination on the calendar day following the departure date.

Important points for our Morocco tour: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required for mosque visits.
The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is the valid currency in the country, and 1 € is approximately equal to 10 Dirhams. Turkish Lira is not accepted in the country. We recommend carrying Euro or USD for exchange.
The Kingdom of Morocco local time zone is GMT+1, which is (-2 hours) behind Turkey. In some periods, this difference may increase to 3 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is still carried out, English guidance may be provided.
In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participant in the tour is deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults who fits the age group.
Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally consisting of a limited menu called continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. ProntoTour is not responsible for the non-realization of these tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, if they cannot take place due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, road closures due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the trips cannot be held, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra trips may vary depending on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.
Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a rest facility on the route before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the same point upon the completion of the tour.
In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the trip departure.
Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest for our tours with promotion and early booking campaigns.
ProntoTour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. ProntoTour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

VISA

There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient for visa application.
Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country. ProntoTour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damaged passports; it is required that the mentioned passports be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents during entry/exit to the country; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.

No visa is required for Turkish citizens. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return.
