         GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour or optional tours, depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and historical sites, provided that they remain faithful to the content of our tours. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and historical sites. It is a tour aimed at giving general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may look smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flight as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be reported correctly. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from erroneous information are charged to the guest.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa acquisitions and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not under Prontotour's responsibility.
• Visa statuses specified in our programs are specified based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• The location and content of our hotels in our tours with a promotion label may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation or modification cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located?) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may prolong in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
• Transactions of our guests requesting visa service will be carried out by our partner company specified below.
