After a flight of approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, we arrive in Hurghada at 02:30 local time. After the necessary procedures, we set off for Cairo with our bus and guide waiting for us at the airport. The distance between Hurghada Airport and Cairo is approximately 470 km. Upon our arrival in Cairo, free time for breakfast. After breakfast, we conduct our Cairo City tour. Places to be seen in our tour include the Sultan Hassan Complex, Baron Empain Palace, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili bazaar, El Tahrir square and many tourist points of the city will be seen panoramically. Important Notes

  1. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Hours may change before the flight and all hours must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Changes may occur in the itineraries depending on the city where the plane lands. 
  2. You can learn our flight hours from our offices and your sales representative. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for hour changes and possible delays that may be made by the airline companies. Prontotour reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same, in the event of compelling reasons. City introduction tours may be carried out on the following day depending on the arrival time in the city.
  3. Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal procedures and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports before the flight or online via the airline companies' websites. 
  4. Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are announced verbally at the airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information should be followed by individuals.
  5. Prontotour is not responsible for the failure of persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Prontotour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane to make the flight. All expenses regarding new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region to be gone to, which will be necessary for those who miss the plane to join the tour, belong to them.
  6. In the presence of compelling reasons, the excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on a day other than the specified day or days. Lunch and dinner services specified as included in the program may be provided in restaurants determined by the agency in cases where it is deemed necessary or due to changes in flight hours. 
  7. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change. Extra tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants. Prontotour is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to roads being closed for any event, or if local authorities do not allow visiting or entering at the day and hour coinciding with the tour, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  8. Excursions specified as extra in the program may not be carried out if there is insufficient participation. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct the tours. Extra tours conducted on the way will be carried out even if not all passengers participate. In extra tours conducted on the way, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to resting areas located before entering the city. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours conducted on the way have participated in the tour by accepting to wait at the break point. Excursions or tours not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct these excursions or tours.
  9. Personal belongings, bags and suitcases of the persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Prontotour is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred during their delivery to the country or person belong to the owner of the item. 
  10. Our hotels may change due to operational reasons as "and similar" while adhering to the committed star and category standards.
  11. Prontotour reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same. In triple rooms, an extra bed application is implemented, and since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach beds, the 3rd Person and/or child reservations in the rooms are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. The 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Child prices specified in the price list are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfast offered in hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. 
  12. Participants must have their Travel Insurance with them during the travel.
  13. Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.
  14. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be at a distance further than the specified km. In such a case, information will be given 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
  15. In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent letters for participation in the tour with the persons during the travel.
  16. Persons must have reports regarding their health problems, pregnancy status and medications they use continuously with them for their participation in the tour.
