GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

-The specified hotel category is presented as similar, and the exact hotel name will be notified 48 hours before the tour departure.

-In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency official during the tour.

-Extra tours operate with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, tour prices may be subject to change or can be carried out by metro.

-Important points to consider in our Abu Dhabi tour; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts, and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be kept for the mosque visit. Free time will be given for lunch during our tour, and it is not included in the tour.

-Important points to consider in our Desert Safari tour; Sports and comfortable clothing, bringing a cardigan. Not eating heavy meals before the tour and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, and neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, are required to inform their guides about their condition.

In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

In our Dubai programs, the guide will be a Dubai meet-and-greet guide, the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified kms. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the tour departure date.

There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. For the visa application, it is required to apply to our agency with the specified documents and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. Although the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to issue a visa rejection with or without stating a reason, or to give a visa start date later than the tour departure date. The applied visa service fee is non-refundable. There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country. Prontotour is not responsible for such situations, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the date of issue of their passports is older than 10 years; they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

-In order not to experience problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similar damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

-Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country's entry and exit for a document showing the joint consent of the parents; we advise our guests under the age of 18 and their parents to show sensitivity in this regard.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Prontotour is not responsible for the failure to perform the aforementioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entries, or due to road closures due to any event, as well as in cases where weather conditions make it impossible to perform the tour. Some tours can be made by public transport or on foot as far as possible at points where road closures or vehicle entry are not allowed.

Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airlines and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before the flight, all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of schedule changes.
