GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and ancient site are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ancient site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and shows variations depending on the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Luggage weight is generally 20 Kg. on flights departing from Turkey. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate's not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests having another country's passport can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times can be extended in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
** In accordance with the decision taken by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
