Meeting with our valued guests at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Basel at 09:55 with Ajet Airlines' VF105 scheduled flight. Arrival in Basel at 11:15 local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we leave the airport to take our city tour. We set off towards Strasbourg. Upon our arrival, our panoramic city tour begins. Strasbourg, which has historical importance as the place where the French national anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, appears as a city where French architecture is blended with Alsace Culture. We visit the Notre-Dame de Strasbourg Cathedral, which held the title of the world's tallest structure until 1874, the Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France region decorated with traditional Alsace Houses. Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra Eguisheim & Colmar & Riquewihr (100 Euro) tour. The first stop of our tour is Eguisheim, one of the cute towns of Alsace. While wandering among the houses with beautiful colorful geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies in its narrow cute streets, you will start to get lost in the stories of the past. Eguisheim, which has been a member of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" club since 2003, was chosen as the "French's favorite village in 2013". After our Eguisheim tour, we move to our 2nd stop, Colmar. Colmar, one of the fascinating cities with its colorful houses, flower-decorated streets, and beauty, carries great importance as the starting point of the Alsace wine route. The canals that add beauty to Colmar's beauty are the branches of the Rhine River. The colorful historical buildings lined up along the river and dating back to the 1200s are the most prominent and noteworthy feature of the city. During our Colmar tour, while touring its carnival-like streets, we visit St. Martin's Cathedral, where giant stork nests are located, Rue Marchand (Merchant Street), and the "Petite Venise" region, which means "Little Venice". The last stop of our tour is Riquewihr, known as the most famous village of Alsace... 2 million people visit this cute city where 1200 people live, with the harmony of Alsace-style wooden and concrete mixed two-story houses, different colors, and house shapes. Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra Schaffhausen Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne tour (110 Euro) organized by our guide. Our first stop on our tour is the Rhine Falls. After our walk around the largest waterfall in Europe with its 150-meter width and 23-meter height, accompanied by the fascinating sound of water, we move to Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland. Located on the edge of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, Zurich hosts millions of tourists every year with both its historical past and culture. The name of the city, whose history dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages, comes from Turus. The city, which was under Roman occupation in the 2nd century AD, was named Turicum. When this name is translated into Swiss German, it is read as "Zuri". Zurich, which is the most livable city in Europe according to the latest data, is also called the cultural capital of Switzerland. Upon our arrival, after seeing the Grossmünster, Fraumünster churches, and St. Peterskirche church, which is the largest clock tower in Europe, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, which is considered the shopping center of the city. After our tour, we move to Lucerne. In this fascinating city, after seeing the Lion Monument, which was built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we finish our tour and transfer to our hotel. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are usually served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports from other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not provided for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
