• The transfer vehicle is allocated for optional tours outside of the services included in the program. It cannot be used as a transfer to the hotel-city center. 
• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Ensures payment up to the tour cost for guests who face visa rejection or guests who cannot join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa-related cancellations and 20% in other cases. Coverage details are included in the insurance specification. Additionally, it includes many additional coverages, from baggage loss, damage, and baggage theft to personal accident coverage.) In cancellation coverage, the tour cost is limited to 3000 euros per person.
• The travel assurance package fee varies proportionally with your tour cost.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour once the numbers are reached.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts.  The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall.  Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also experience the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• The luggage weight on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
