GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• For this tour, a passport valid for 6 months covering the minimum tour duration is required.

• Expired Green passport holders' passports extended by stamp are not accepted for international travel.

• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• The city where the plane lands may vary. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for time changes and possible delays by airline companies.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. On domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and there may be changes in the tour course. City introductory tours may be held on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. The trips specified in the programs may be held on a day other than the specified day/days for any reason at the discretion of the guide.

• There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional folding/opening bed.
• In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory for the persons to have the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.

In accordance with the latest information received from the United Arab Emirates - Dubai Immigration Office, as of November 19, 2024, it has become mandatory to submit the documents specified below in full for visa applications, valid for all nationalities.

Guests under 18 years of age traveling to the United Arab Emirates are required to travel with their Mother or Father. A child linked to a Mother or Father cannot travel without one of the parents, even if a visa is obtained.

Situations of Traveling with Children:

There are some extra procedures and points to consider when traveling to the UAE with children.

Passport and Visa:

Passport: A separate passport is required for children. If there is no extra page for the child in the parent's passport, the child must have their own passport.

Visa: It is necessary to obtain a visa for children as well. When applying for children, additional documents such as photocopies of parents' passports and the child's birth certificate may be requested.

Additional Documents That May Be Requested for Children's Visa Application:

Birth Certificate: A birth certificate may be required to prove the child's identity and parents.

Parental Consent Form (For Divorced Families): If the child is traveling with only one parent, written consent from the other parent may be requested. This situation is important for divorced couples.

If the visa is to be obtained by us, only a passport valid for at least 6 months from the start date of the trip and a passport-sized photo are required. The other two items will be provided by us.
