GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

-Hotel categories are provided as specified and similar; the exact hotel name will be specified with a notification 48 hours before the Tour Departure.

-To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency official during the tour. 

-Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, changes in tour prices may occur or the tour may be carried out by metro.

-Points to be considered during our Abu Dhabi tour; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear strap-on tops, mini skirts, leggings and shorts, and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be kept for Mosque visits. Free time for lunch will be given during our tour, and it is not included in the tour.

-Points to be considered during our Desert Safari tour; Sporty and comfortable clothes, bringing a cardigan. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk before the tour. Guests with stomach, waist, neck complaints and pregnant guests must notify their guides. 

In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure. 

In our Dubai programs, the guide will be meeting in Dubai; the guidance service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. 

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the tour departure date. 

Visa application is required for T.R. citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date and the documents specified. Despite the delivery of necessary documents to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to give a visa refusal with or without stating a reason, or to give a visa start date after the tour departure date. The applied visa service fee is not refunded. For Green passport holders, there is no visa application, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that entry to the country can be made; the passport police have the authority not to allow entry into the country. Prontotour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if the issuance date of their passports is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

For Green passport holders, there is no visa application, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date is sufficient. 

Having a visa does not mean that entry to the country can be made; the passport police have the authority not to allow you into the country. Prontotour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

-In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or have suffered similar damage; the mentioned passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

-Since there is a possibility that the police officer in charge at the country entry-exit points may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. Prontotour is not responsible if the mentioned tours cannot be carried out because panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and hour coinciding with the tour, or because of closed roads due to any event, or in cases where it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed. 

Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airlines and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of time changes. 

Prontotour Dubai is the Sponsor/Guarantor for U.A.E. visa applications. Therefore, in order for our guests to benefit from our package prices, visa procedures must be carried out by Prontotour.
