GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or the season. Prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guidance service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by PRONTOTOUR 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads being closed on the route due to any event, or weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in case of closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels in the program are sold as "or similar". Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style banknotes that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• It is mandatory to convey the tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below to the guests. PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• PRONTOTOUR acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa if it deems necessary; PRONTOTOUR has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. PRONTOTOUR only acts as an intermediary institution. PRONTOTOUR has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When PRONTOTOUR applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The procurement of documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) needed by our passengers who will apply for their own visas normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must adjust their appointment dates and times by considering this period. Otherwise, PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the PRONTOTOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if PRONTOTOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees paid to the consulates for the visa, etc., after proving with their passport that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm and PRONTOTOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the aircraft type and time to change, and since availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of the contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from PRONTOTOUR or not, our guests must have international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/multiple countries, and since this situation is not under the control of PRONTOTOUR, it is accepted by the parties that PRONTOTOUR has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours made on the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra trip is finished. At the end of the trip, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be organized on different days provided that their content does not change or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, PRONTOTOUR is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be held. PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. In case the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In the relevant case, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous article) by paying for it themselves. In addition, due to missing the group's departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. However, in case of traveling to the relevant city/country with a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade transactions if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after their tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if there is availability, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and have the ticket moved from the group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference that will occur in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
• Please make sure you have taken all your belongings when leaving the transport vehicles you use and the hotels you stay in for a short time or completely during your trip.
• PRONTOTOUR may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with without disrupting the content of the program in cases of force majeure or if it deems necessary.
• PRONTOTOUR reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the lack of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
