GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• To benefit from Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency official during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation under 10 people, tour prices may change or they can be carried out by metro. Our guide can make changes on the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid in extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination, the guidance service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guidance service will also be purchased. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• Hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km during periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically by the guide inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. 
• Prontotour is not responsible for the failure to perform panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program in cases where it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to the closure of places to visit by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions. Some tours can be made by public transport or on foot within the possibilities where closed roads or vehicle entry are not allowed.
• Guide greetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are accommodated before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels in the program are sold as etc. Availability in hotels may vary during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are directed abroad, foreign language knowledge of the guests is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• It is mandatory to forward the tour program specified at the time of reservation, the general terms and obligations available below to the guests. PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of their passports is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, PRONTOTOUR cannot assume responsibility in any way.
• In order not to experience problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The validity period of the guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstructive situation is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• PRONTOTOUR acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa in cases it deems necessary, PRONTOTOUR has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. PRONTOTOUR only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. PRONTOTOUR has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When PRONTOTOUR applies for a visa acting as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the finalized visa must be checked by the guest. PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for any erroneous spelling that may occur on the visa and this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The procurement of documents needed by our passengers who will make their own visa applications (hotel confirmation, air ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Our guests must adjust their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate in/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the PRONTOTOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if PRONTOTOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining excluding the fee and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, after submitting their passport proving that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm and PRONTOTOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund is made to the guest.
• Changes may occur in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the aircraft type and time to change, and since hotel availability may vary during high seasons or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of the contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at the hotels is continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts can be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, passport number written in the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty costs for air ticket cancellations or changes that will occur due to erroneous information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether our guests obtain it from PRONTOTOUR or not, they must have an international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Cash penalties can be given by the relevant country police to our guests who do not keep their travel insurances with them. In case of encountering the relevant penalty because they do not keep the travel insurance with them, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate in terms of another/other country(ies), and since this situation is not within the control area of PRONTOTOUR, it is accepted by the parties that PRONTOTOUR has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not want to participate in tours made on the route for the purpose of providing economy and time benefits of the group to the tour, accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra trip is over. At the end of the trip, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra trips can be organized on different days provided that their content does not change or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, PRONTOTOUR is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient majority cannot be achieved, extra tours may not be made or there may be a price change.
• Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible for the failure to make these trips or tours.
• Air seats in our programs are group seats and round-trips are arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay and obtain their new ticket (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous article). In addition, since the group has missed the outbound trip, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. However, in case of going to the relevant city/country with a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who want to upgrade their air tickets with their miles can only carry out upgrade transactions if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after their tickets are issued. Since the air seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket in case of availability, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and switch the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference that will occur in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls.
• Please make sure that you have taken your belongings completely while leaving the transportation vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in for a short time or completely.
• PRONTOTOUR can change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• PRONTOTOUR reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• PRONTOTOUR is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. PRONTOTOUR cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
• Old/Worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
